Project Overview
Under the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), our team conducted ODF physical audits for Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Municipal Corporations across Gujarat to assess sanitation facilities and on-ground implementation.
The Challenge
Accurate verification of Open Defecation Free status required rigorous physical verification of toilet facilities, usage patterns, and behavioral change across all urban areas of Gujarat.

Deployed field teams to conduct door-to-door surveys, verify toilet construction and usage, document evidence through photographs, and assess behavioral change in communities.
