Project Overview
As part of the Garbage Free City (GFC) Star Rating Survey under the Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), our team conducted physical audits for Urban Local Bodies to assess sanitation performance and compliance.
The Challenge
Cities needed comprehensive assessment of waste management systems, including door-to-door collection, processing facilities, landfill management, and citizen engagement to achieve GFC star ratings.
Our Approach
Evaluated cities against 25+ GFC parameters including waste segregation, collection efficiency, processing capacity, and citizen feedback. Provided detailed scoring and improvement roadmaps.
